Film information

Story: The complete BBC natural history series examining the evolutionary history of mankind, from the emergence of the first bi-pedal apes through to the advent of the first sentient beings. Using computer animation and prosthetic make-up techniques, the series recreates the way our ancestors looked and explores their relationship with the many creatures they shared the planet with. Also features detailed accounts of the way climate change and geological shifts affected the history of the species.
