Story: Pierce Brosnan returns as James Bond in the superspy's eighteenth official big screen outing. When a British warship is destroyed in Chinese waters, Bond is dispatched to prevent the outbreak of World War Three. He discovers that the superpowers are being manipulated by ruthless media tycoon Elliot Carver (Jonathan Pryce), and sets about enlisting the help of Carver's attractive wife, Paris (Teri Hatcher).
