Film information

Story: Double bill of short films from the Czechoslovak New Wave artistic movement of the 1960s. 'The White Dove' (1960) follows the friendship between a young boy (Karel Smyczek) in a wheelchair and a local artist when they intercept a carrier pigeon in Czechoslovakia. 'Josef Kilian' (1965) is a Kafkaesque vision of one man caught up in a bureaucratic nightmare when the cat rental company he uses disappears...
