Based on: Real events
Story: Low budget thriller based on the serial killings that took place in Boston in the early 1960s. David Faustino stars as Albert De Salvo, a small-time criminal who falsely confesses to being the notorious strangler as part of a misguided plan by his manipulative cell mate to get hold of the reward money. Meanwhile, Detective John Marsden (Andrew Divoff) must fight the bureaucracy of the day to prove that the killings were not committed by just one man.
