Based on: The novel 'The Grizzly King' by James Oliver Curwood
Story: A bear cub is orphaned and has to look after himself until he is adopted by an adult bear of a different species in this unusual film by Jean-Jacques Annaud, which took several years to film. But the bears' happy life in the wild is threatened when hunters decide to track them down.
