Film information

Story: 1940s adventure in which Robert, the son of Robin Hood, helps fight an attempted coup that would reverse the Magna Carta and restore tyranny to England. Robert of Nottingham (Cornel Wilde) is very much his father's son - alive to injustice and dedicated to freedom. When word reaches Robert that William of Pembroke (Henry Daniell) has imprisoned the young King (Maurice Tauzin) and plans to restore absolute monarchy, he quickly sets out in search of his legendary father (Russell Hicks) and his band of merry men. With the trusty group in place, Robert sets out to free the imprisoned King and restore order to the land.
