Film information

Story: A David Essex double. In 'That'll Be the Day' (1973) Essex is an angry young teenager growing up in the 50's. The only outlet for his frustrations is Rock and Roll music, which leads him on the rocky road to freedom. 'Stardust' (1974) picks up the older Essex, now a successful star but used and abused by the business and on the decline.
