Film information
Story: Morale-rousing World War 2 drama starring John Clements as Lieutenant Dick Stacey, a pilot who is dismissed from the Fleet Air Arm after his reckless actions cause the death of a fellow airman. He then rediscovers his patriotic inclinations and joins the aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal ('The Ship with Wings'), and redeems himself with his heroic actions when the ship goes into battle in the Mediterranean.
