Film information
Story: Randi Stewart (Brooke Theiss) is a sergeant on a marine base where her father is the commanding officer. However, following a murder where Randi is the key suspect, the base psychiatrist, Bill Turner (Michael Dudikoff), discovers a high number of so-called suicides on the base. He and Randi find themselves involved in a race against time to discover the real murder before he, or she, strikes again.
