Based on: The book 'Time Out' by Pete Davies
Story: Documentary feature based on the book 'Time Out' by Pete Davies. Released 20 years on from Italia '90, the film follows the England football team's run to the semi-finals of the 1990 World Cup in Italy. It covers everything from David Platt's last-minute equaliser against Belgium in the second round to the heartbreaking penalty shootout defeat to West Germany in the semi-final in Turin. The film features match highlights from the FIFA archives and previously unseen footage from inside the England camp.
