Film information

Based on: The novel by Jacques Deval

Story: Marie Galante (Ketti Gallian) is a young woman abducted by a sea captain and abandoned in the Yucatan, where she is forced to make her living as a singer. No-one believes her kidnap tale until she meets detective Crawbett (Spencer Tracy), with whom she subsequently becomes embroiled in a tale of espionage and exploding canals... This special edition includes an introduction by Tony Curtis, the trailer for 'Northwest Passage', and the documentary 'Spencer Tracy on Film'.
