Film information

Story: Four manga features. 'Urotukidoji - Legend of the Overfiend' (1989) is a feature-length version of the Japanese comic strip. Every three thousand years the superfiend Chojin visits the Earth to unite the three worlds of the humans, the Man-Beasts (Jyujinkai) and the Monster Demons (Makai), thus forming the Land of Eternity. However, when Man-Beast Amano learns what a sickening place the world will become as a result - full of violence and supernatural forces - he vows to prevent the process from taking place. In 'Urotsukidoji II - Legend of the Demon Womb' (1992), Amano attempts to seek out the superfiend Chojin. Nagumo has been behaving strangely, and Takeaki has undergone a personality change since his blood transfusion. The embodiment of Chojin could be anywhere, and the interference of the evil and manipulative Myunhi just makes matters worse. In 'Perfect Blue' (1997), pop star Mima, her fame and fortune beginning to slide as fashions change, is persuaded to turn actress, reluctantly accepting an ill-defined role in a television soap opera. However, Mima's grip on reality begins to loosen as a result; she imagines that she has an identical twin who has maintained a singing career, and becomes increasingly paranoid after her friends are either threatened or killed. Can Mima unravel the truth before she is driven completely over the edge? In 'Blood -The Last Vampire' (2000), a deadly secret lies hidden within the walls of the high security Yokota Air Force Base. It has become home to a monstrous subspecies of vampires who are causing havoc in 1960s Japan. But the secret services are fighting back, and now they have sent an agent to finish the job. She is Saya, the last of the original vampires.
