Film information
Story: Robert Rodriguez writes and directs this highly stylised, ultra-violent, revenge thriller inspired by the grindhouse movies of the 1970s. Danny Trejo stars as Machete, a renegade former Mexican Federale who, having escaped the clutches of notorious Mexican drug baron Torrez (Steven Seagal), now roams the streets of Texas delivering his own unique brand of justice to the greedy and corrupt. Robert De Niro, Cheech Marin, Jessica Alba and Lindsay Lohan co-star.
