Film information
Story: Feature-length BBC drama based on a five-year period in the life of John Lennon. Christopher Eccleston stars as Lennon, who experiences a turbulent period of wildly fluctuating fortunes between 1967 to 1971 as he deals with the death of Beatles manager and father-figure Brian Epstein (Rory Kinnear), splits up with first wife Cynthia (Claudie Blakley), falls in love with Yoko Ono (Naoko Mori) and leaves England for New York.
