Based on: A story by Stuart Gordon, Brian Yuzna and Ed Naha
Story: Wayne Szalinski (Rick Moranis) is an eccentric inventor trying to develop a machine that will shrink things, but so far it only explodes things. When his kids knock a baseball through his laboratory window, the ball activates the machine, so that when they go to retrieve the ball they are shrunk to a quarter of an inch high. Wayne sees the mess but not his kids, and he inadvertently sweeps them into the dustbin...
