Subtitling comments:
circev on 14-02-2006:
Swedish dialogue - English subtitles can be on/off. It is difficult to read the subtitles in about four places (white on white) and difficult to follow who is talking at times (mainly because it is a difficult film and the direction is often that there aren’t close-ups when people are talking - all the subtitles are in white). But by no means a significant deterrent to see a film from a genius.
On the second disc, there’s a documentary about the making of the film/director Tarkovsky which seems to be subtitled. In text form there are production notes, 4 bio/filmographies and there's an image gallery.
