Film information:
Story: Complete second series of the famed late '60s series concerning the IMF, (Impossible Mission Force) a team of secret agents working for the US government. A typical episode saw the team listening to a recorded message on a reel to reel tape player outlining their mission before declaring 'this message will self-destruct in ten seconds' before going up in a puff of smoke. Though the cold war was never mentioned, missions frequently featured imaginary eastern European countries and the political theme was unmistakably of its time. Episodes included: 'The Widow', 'Trek', 'The Survivors', 'The Bank', 'The Slave (1)', 'The Slave (2)', 'Operation 'Heart', 'The Money Machine', 'The Seal Charity', 'The Council (1)', 'The Council (2)', 'The Astrologer', 'Echo of Yesterday', 'The Photographer', 'The Spy', 'A Game of Chess', 'The Emerald', 'The Condemned', 'The Counterfeiter', 'The Town', 'The Killing', 'The Phoenix', 'Trial by Fury' and 'Recovery'.
Cast: Greg Morris, Peter Lupus, Peter Graves, Martin Landau, Barbara Bain, Steven Hill, Jack Donner, Sid Haig, George Sawaya, Allen Joseph, Joseph Ruskin, Bob Johnson
