Not sure how to rate this one... The film has English subtitles but only for the foreign language sections (about 80%). This means if you're deaf, you'll miss about a fifth of the film. The same is also true of the extras, with subtitles only available for the foreign language sections.

I certainly wouldnt want to watch a film and miss part of it. Definitely not subtitled properly.

Film information:
Story: Aaron Kwok stars as Peter Li, a computer expert who becomes caught up in the secret plans of a shadowy organisation. Happy working with his machines, Peter suddenly finds himself in a world of action and intrigue when his friend's brother becomes the main suspect in a terrorist attack on Singapore. Peter determines to see justice done, and heads out after the real terrorists - madmen intent on creating a financial meltdown in South-East Asia - meeting up with the mysterious Salina (Phyllis Quek) along the way.
