Film information:
Story: A strange and violent Japanese folk tale, involving samurais, peasants, murder, passion, and revenge. This is classic Japanese cinema from the sixties. In medieval Japan, a widow and her mother in law survive by murdering passing Samurai and selling their armour for rice, until the daughter in law falls in love with a potential victim.
