Film information

Story: A compilation of short films. 'Dinner Party' is a compilation of seven lesbian short films: Siobhan Devine's 'Breakfast with Gus'; Paula Goldberg's 'Travelling Companion'; Isabel Hegner and Karen Jaroneski's 'Peppermills'; Lisa Cholodenko's 'The Dinner Party'; Jennifer Gentile's 'My Pretty Little Girlfriend'; Christina Petropoulos' 'Between 7 and 1'; and Judith Cobb's 'Girl Talk'. 'Teaser' is a collection of short films centred around the themes of sex and fantasy. 'Regarde Moi' features the Parisian red light district as a centre of voyeurism, while 'Top of the World' sees a new girl in town swept off her feet by a butch lady biker. In 'Why I'll Never Trust You', a romantic relationship runs into complications, and 'Hey Sailor, Hey Sister' sees a sailor home from the sea in search of adventure. Finally, 'Double Entente' provides a heady mix of fast cars and loose ladies.

Directed by: Siobhan Devine, Elisabeth Aubert, Paula Goldberg, Marjorie Kaye, Isabel Hegner, Cassandra Nicolaou, Karen Jaroneski, Jacqui Lawrence, Lisa Cholodenko, Jennifer Gentile, Christina Petropoulos, Judith Cobb
