Based on: The short story 'The Colour Out of Space' by H.P. Lovecraft
Story: Monster horror starring Boris Karloff. A young American scientist, Stephen Reinhart (Nick Adams), visits the remote estate of his fiancée's family, which appears to be blighted by a strange radioactive contamination. He discovers that his fiancée's wheelchair-bound scientist father has undertaken an experiment with a meteorite that got a little out of control, turning his wife into something unspeakably horrible - and now threatening the lives of anyone in the vicinity...
