Film information

Story: Triple bill looking at the life of Diana, the Princess of Wales. In 'The People's Princess' Trevor McDonald narrates the story of Diana's life, from her wedding in 1981, through to her tireless charity work and her role as a mother to her two boys. In 'Her Life' various people recall what it was like to have played a part in Diana's life. Contributors include Diana's nanny and teachers, who remember her early years, her fashion designers, hairdresser and fitness trainer, plus close friends, who reveal how Diana coped with the breakdown of her marriage. Finally, 'Poignant Moments' is compilation of news footage covering some of the most poignant moments in Diana's life, including her engagement to Charles, the birth of William, and her divorce.
