Film information

Based on: The novel 'Renfrew Rides the Range' by Laurie York Erskine

Story: The final film in the 'Renfrew of the Royal Mounted' series, this western adventure follows two Canadian policemen as they try to thwart a robbery. While travelling on a riverboat, Mounties Sergeant Renfrew (James Newill) and Constable Kelly (Warren Hull) meet Ann Chambers (Jean Carmen), a young woman who they both take an interest in. Little do they know that she is involved in a gangster's plot to steal the shipment of gold the vessel is carrying. After being deceived, Renfrew and Kelly find themselves trapped in the ship's hold while the robbery takes place. Will they be able to escape and retrieve the gold?
