Film information
Story: Thriller starring Stephen Dorff as a professional thief who becomes the target of a deranged serial killer during a heist. When Ritchie Donovan (Dorff) is sent to Moscow to steal an antique crucifix, things go horribly wrong when a murder occurs and the building becomes surrounded by police. Ritchie and his fellow gangsters are forced to take hostages on the building's unused 13th floor, where a serial killer is waiting for them.
