Film information

Story: Classic thriller starring Cary Grant and Loretta Young. Malcolm Trevor (Grant) and his wife Alyce (Marion Burns) are unable to conceive a child, so when Malcolm accidentally runs over the son of a troubled young single mother (Young) with his truck, the couple are glad to take the boy into their home and raise him as their own. However, as the boy's mother becomes more and more jealous of the growing attachment between her son and the couple, she attempts to blackmail Malcolm.
