Film information

Based on: A true story ('Bloodsport')

Story: Action triple. In 'Bloodsport' (1987), martial arts expert and intelligence agent Frank Dux (Jean-Claude van Damme) is determined to pay tribute to his Ninja mentor by competing in a brutal secret competition called the Kumite. Despite his superiors' objections, Dux takes on a series of formidable opponents in the ring, placing his life at risk. 'Enter the Dragon' (1973) is kung fu legend Bruce Lee's last completed film (he died before completing 'Game of Death'), and it finds him at his fighting best - some of his moves were so fast that the cameraman was unable to capture them on regular speed film. Lee plays a secret agent who is sent to infiltrate a martial arts tournament presided over by a one-handed super-villain. His mission: to destroy the villain's opium-smuggling racket. This is the complete, uncut version of the film. In 'Showdown in Little Tpkyo' (1991), maverick street cops Kenner (Dolph Lundgren) and Murata (Brandon Lee) are assigned to cover LA's Little Tokyo area - a part of town where their extensive martial arts expertise will no doubt come in handy. Almost as soon as they arrive they get on the wrong side of sadistic crime boss Yoshida (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) and his Yazuka gang. The solution? The cops and the crooks will resolve their differences with lots of impromptu martial arts violence, of course.
