Film information
Story: British crime drama starring Barbara Shelley as a woman with mariticide on her mind. Paul Gregory (William Sylvester) is an accomplished composer who happens to be blind. His wife Anne (Shelley) seems to be the perfect supporting spouse but, unknown to Paul, she is having a passionate affair with struggling artist Ricky (Alexander Davion). Eager to support her lover and spend more time with him, Anne persuades Paul to commission Ricky to paint her portrait. When Paul discovers the lovers' affection for each other, he threatens to cut Anne off without a penny. Desperate to keep both her paramour and her husband's money, Anne begins to plot the perfect murder...
