Story: Triple pack of travel programmes focusing on the history of planes, cars and ships. 'The Story of Flight' is narrated by Tom Baker and charts the rapid progress of the aeroplane from a contraption that could barely carry the weight of a man over a few hundred yards to a sleek machine capable of spanning the globe at supersonic speed. 'The Story of Motoring', presented by Lord Montagu of Beaulieu, tells the story of the last 100 years of automobiles through unique archive and colour footage. Finally 'The Story of Ships' profiles Britain as a naval power and looks at some of the great ships of the past and present.
