Film information
Story: Aidan Quinn stars in this crime thriller about the hunt for an on-the-run financier wanted for a billion dollar fraud. Fleeing the US in search of a woman he left 20 years before, investment fraudster Charlie Wright (Quinn) surfaces in Tijuana, along with his $2 billion haul in cash. Unfortunately for Charlie, top FBI agent Hobbs (Mario van Peebles) is hot on his trail, closely followed by local crime boss Jorge Garza (Andy Garcia), and Russian hit-man Damon (Luke Goss). With his options rapidly disappearing and his enemies closing in, Charlie realises his only future rests with agent Hobbs - as long as they can make it out of Mexico alive.
