Film information

Story: Comedy triple bill. In 'Ace Ventura: Pet Detective' (1993), eccentric pet detective Ace Ventura (Jim Carrey) is hired by the beautiful Melissa (Courteney Cox), board member of the Miami Dolphins, to discover the whereabouts of the team's missing mascot, a dolphin called Snowflake. With only a week to go before the Superbowl, Ace's investigations lead him to suspect a transsexual ex-Dolphins player of kidnapping the fish. 'Kevin and Perry Go Large' (1999) is the first big screen outing for the teenage characters made popular on the TV show 'Harry Enfield and Chums'. When Kevin (Harry Enfield) is given a reward for helping to foil a bank robbery, he decides to use the money to fund a holiday in Ibiza for himself and his friend Perry (Kathy Burke). They hope the holiday will be their chance to both loose their virginity and make a mark as world-class DJs, but when they arrive on the island and suffer humiliation at the hands of their DJ hero Eye Ball Paul, it becomes clear that things aren't going to go smoothly for this unlikely duo. 'South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut' (1999) is the big screen spin-off of Trey Parker and Matt Stone's animated comedy series. All is not well in South Park; Stan, Kyle, Cartmen and Kenny have started using some disgusting swear words after sneaking in to watch Canadian comedians Terrance and Phillip's 'R'-rated movie, 'Asses of Fire'. This prompts the boys' parents to begin an anti-filth campaign, kidnapping Terrance and Phillip and sentencing them to death. Canada reacts by bombing the Baldwin brothers, and war is declared between the two countries. Meanwhile, Kenny is killed ('You b*****ds!') after attempting to light one of his own farts, and is sent to Hell. Here he learns of a plan by Satan and his new lover Saddam Hussein to take over the world...
